MEDITATION
Group Meditation
Our meditation classes are running at the end of each group yoga classes for 30 mins guided meditation focussing on different types of meditation ie, self-enquiry or ‘Dhyana’, “Who am I?” Or Pranayama Meditation, Visualisation Meditation, Chakra Meditation and many mores.
Allowing thoughts to flow freely, this is a deep inquiry into your truest nature.
Although 60 minutes meditation is also available on requests.

Personal Training is available for individual service.
